Orders are processed promptly and will be shipped the next business day after confirmation.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Craftmix! If for any reason you are unsatisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days on unopened 12 packs (sealed pouches containing individual packets).

Eligibility for Returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns on discounted items. Only unopened 12 packs (sealed pouches) are eligible for return. Discounted items of 40% or more are also non-refundable.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at info@craftmix.com indicating your intention to return.
2. Once confirmed, we'll provide a return shipping label via email.
3. Pack the items securely and drop your return package at the nearest post office.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed for the original price, less the shipping cost, once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and that person will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
